Desert Irish Wolfhound Association's (DIWA) current Board of Directors represent many decades of Irish Wolfhound experience. We are committed to the highest level of ethical conduct for all members in regards the care and guardianship of the Irish Wolfhound.

Participation in regional and national Irish Wolfhound clubs provides a source of guidance to the directors and officers of DIWA. Board members are now or were members of the following organizations:

• Irish Wolfhound Club of America

• Rocky Mountain Irish Wolfhound Association

• Irish Wolfhound Association of the West Coast

• Northern California Irish Wolfhound Club

• Northstar Irish Wolfhound Club

Additionally, we are committed to providing an avenue for DIWA members to enjoy their Irish Wolfhound. We encourage activities showcasing companion animals, therapy and service work, lure coursing, conformation showing, obedience and many more. DIWA actively participates in parades and festivals giving DIWA members the opportunity to exhibit their hounds during the course of a social outing.
